Introduction

like chicken salad, but with ham like chicken salad, but with ham

Ingredients

    12 oz Pork, (ham), leg, shank half, lean only, smoked
    3 tbsp *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise)
    2 tbsp Mt Olive Sweet Relish
    1 large Hard Boiled Egg, peeled

Directions

Chop ham and egg into small chunks. Place both into food processor or blender and pulse until ham is broken into minced pieces. Pour ham into bowl and add relish and mayonnaise. Stir together.

Serve with crackers or on use in a sandwich.
