    1 pkg frozen broccoli florets (1 kg)
    1 small onion
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1.5 c skim milk
    1 can nonfat evaporated milk
    1/3 cup flour
    1 cup grated low fat cheddar cheese
    2 cups water
    2 packets chicken boulion


Makes 5 1.5 cup servings
Saute onion in olive oil.
Add broccoli and water.
Cook broccoli according to instructions on package.
Use hand blender to break broccoli into smaller pieces. Choose consistency at own discretion.
Add two milks and flour in seperate bowl. Whisk till flour is mixed.
Add milk/flour mixture to broccoli. Add chicken boulion. Simmer for at least 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add cheese. Mix xheese until melted.
