    1 cup diced raw potato
    2 cups frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots mix (thawed or cooked) - diced
    1 cup skim milk
    1 TB flour

    seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, parsley)


In a medium saucepan, cover diced potato with water. Boil 5 minutes. Do NOT drain. Add vegetables. Boil 5 minutes more. Mash slightly. Add milk mixed with flour. Stir, and heat until boiling, turn heat to low. Season as desired. Simmer for at least 10 minutes, longer for better flavor.
