    1 pkg Street Kitchen Ancho Chili & Lime
    1.3 lb Chicken Breast (raw, boneless, skinless)


Season chicken with spice packet and other spices as desired (Weber garlic jalapeno). Place chicken in ziplock bag with marinade, turn bag to coat. Let marinate at least 30 minutes.

Sear chicken in oil in the Instant Pot on the Saute setting for a couple minutes on each side.

Add cooking sauce to chicken in pot and enough water to make 1 to 1-1/2 cups liquid.

Seal lid and set Instant Pot to High Pressure for 10 minutes. Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then turn knob to quick release.

Chicken can be basted with cooking sauce and other hot sauce if desired and placed under the broiler in the oven for a couple minutes to caramelize the sauce.

Can be served with seasoned rice, french fries. mashed potatoes, or corn on the cob.

Makes 4 servings.
