Introduction

Dress up your potatoe with chicken, onions, bell peppers and any other veggie you like. Throw in some jalapenos to make it spicy! Dress up your potatoe with chicken, onions, bell peppers and any other veggie you like. Throw in some jalapenos to make it spicy!

Ingredients

    1 pound chicken (bonless, skinless)
    4 medium potatoes
    1 cup Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup fat free sour cream
    Onions
    Peppers

Directions

Place the potatoes in tinfoil and put them in the oven to bake (400 degrees).

On the stove top cook the chicken. When it is done, shred it into small pieces.

Add the veggies and cook until veggies are tender. Add cheese and mix together.

Place chicken and cheddar mixture to bake potatoe, finish with sour cream and enjoy!

Makes 4- 4oz chicken servings with a potatoe each.
