    Deli-catessen Pizza & Focaccia crusts, 3 serving (1 thin crust)
    canned artichoke hearts, 0.5 cup
    Scallions, raw, 1 large
    Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices
    *Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce, Traditional, .5 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 6 oz
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 plum tomato


Spread pizza sauce on crust. Chop artichoke hearts. Slice mushrooms and thinly slice scallion. Top pizza with artichoke hearts, mushroom, and scallion. Add shredded mozzareaal cheese. Slice Roma tomatoe and lay slices on top of pizza. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 7 minutes or until cheese is brown. Slice into 6 pieces. Serving sive is 1/3 of pizza.(2 slices.)
