Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1lb chicken breast, bone and skin removed
    2 cups chopped cabbage
    1 cup carrot strips
    1 cup green beans (snap)
    1 cup strips green bell pepper
    1 red ripe tomato, chopped
    .5 cup chopped onions
    1 tbsp ground thyme
    .5 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    .5 cup

Directions

Dice chicken breast in small bowl.
Add salt, black pepper and soy sauce. let marinate for a few minutes.
Spray sauce pan with cooking spray, then add chicken and stir fry until golden brown.
Reduce flame and add all other ingredients.
Gently turn ingredients in sauce pan for a few minutes until all are evenly distributed.
Add water and cover sauce pan. let simmer for about 5 minutes.
