Ingredients

    2 skinless chicken breast
    8 T Fat Free Italian Dressing
    12 Stalks, Asparagus
    1 Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
    12 Cherry Tomatoes
    8 mushrooms
    1/2 Red Onion, chopped
    4 Jalapeno Pepper - left whole if too hot, slice in half and remove seeds
    8 Cloves Garlic - leave whole to place on skewer

Directions

Marinade cubed chicken in Italian Dressing up to 8 hours or at least while prepping vegetables. Dice bell pepper and onion. Thread all ingredients evenly on four skewers. Mix 1 T minced garlic with olive oil, brush on skewers during grilling. Eat alone or servie with Brown rice.
