    1 can green beans, drained
    1 can wax beans, drained
    1 can red kidney beans, drained
    1/2 cup sliced black olives
    1/4 cup cidar vinegar or rice vinegar
    1/4 cup chopped green onions
    1-2 finely minced garlic cloves
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning (or mixture of rosemary and thyme)
    Splenda to taste


Drain, rinse and combine first three ingredients.

Combine vinegar, chopped green onions, minced garlic, and seasoning.

Pour over beans, marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour minimum
