Make night before, good for week. Make night before, good for week.

Ingredients

    0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    25.0 berries Blueberries, fresh
    0.33 tbsp Southern Grove Chia Seeds
    0.5 cup Millville Rolled Oats, Aldi
    0.25 tsp almond extract
    0.13 cup Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup
    0.5 cup Friendly Farms Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Directions

Use acontainer that has a lid. Add 0.5 cups of oats, then 0.5 cup milk. Top with blueberries (I use 25) Add 1/4 TSP. Almond extract Add 1/4 TSP Cinnamon Add 1 TSP Chia Seeds Add 2 TBL of pure Maple Syrup Mix well, put lid on refrigerate overnight. Eat cold or warm. Good in fridge for a week. Serving Size: 1 serving
