    2 tbsp Millet flour
    2 tbsp whole wheat flour
    2 tbsp white flour
    1-2 tbsp rolled oats (preference)
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp safflower oil
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/2 cup water


Combine all dry ingreidents in a bowl and whisk to blend. Add the oil and enough water to blend the ingreidents into a smooth dough.
Using a tablespoon, drop a heaping tablespoon of dough onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden in a 350F degree oven.
