Introduction

Ingredients

    4 tbsp almond flour
    4 tbsp Cream Cheese
    2 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp to taste
    Stevia extract - 4-6 drops to taste
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or almond/ walnut oil)
    4 tbsp Butter, salted

Directions

Cream eggs, oil, and cream cheese until fairly smooth. Stir in almond meal and flavorings. When consistency is acceptable, melt 1 Tbsp. butter in small skillet. Pour scant 1/4 cup batter into skillet for each pancake. Repeat butter then batter four times.
