    Dry Macaroni 4 oz.
    Laughing Cow Cheese 2 wedges
    Cabot 50% Light Cheddar Cheese 1 oz.
    1% Milk 4 oz.
    onion 1 tbsp chopped
    Dried Parsley
    Ritz Crackers 4


Prepare the macaroni(al dente) drain. Crumble the cheeses add to the macaroni, Add milk ,onion & parsley and mix together. Put 3/4 cup of mixture into a small custard cup. Crumble 1 Ritz Cracker on top of each cup and bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until brown
