    499 grams Ground beef, lean
    0.75 cup Baby Spinach (raw)
    3 slice Hovis Wholemeal Medium Sliced Bread (UK)
    2 clove Garlic
    1 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk
    0.5 cup The Complete Dairy LIGHT High Protein Milk
    0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions

Cut crusts off bread and roughly chop Soak in bread in milk for 1 hour Combine all ingredients and 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning and using damp hands rolls into even sized balls roughly 1 tablespoon of mixture Place on a tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes
