Ingredients

    24 sprout Brussels sprouts, fresh
    2 tbsp Canola Oil
    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.5 tsp Pepper, black
    16 oz Pork Chops (center cut pork loin)
    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin
    0.35 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared
    0.1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    3 tbsp Maple Syrup
    6 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    1 tbsp Parsley

Directions

Preheat broiler to high heat. Set the oven rack to the middle shelf. Combine sprouts cut in half with 1 TB oil, 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper in a bowl. Toss to coat. Arrange sprouts in a single layer on a jelly roll pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 9-12 minutes stirring every 3 minutes. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add remaining TB oil; swirl to coat. Sprinkle pork Chops with remaining salt and pepper. Add to pan and cook 3 more bytes on each side. Transfer pork to s plate. Add 1 TB butter and sliced apple to pan; sauce 2 minutes. Add stock and nutmeg; bring to a boil. Stir in remaining 1/8 tsp salt, remaining TB butter, syrup, Dijon mustard, and parsley; cook 1 minute. Divide Chops on plates; top with apple mixture. Serve with sprouts. Serving Size: 2 servings
