    1/4 C. Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 tsp. Grain Mustard
    1 Tbsp. Honey
Coarse Sald and Black Pepper to taste

Place oil, vinegar, mustard and honey in a small plastic container or blender, fit lid on and shake or blend until comibined.

Pour over any salad, I prefer it over a nice spinach salad with apples and dried cranberries and red onion.
