Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs Venison, ground
    2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
    1/2 cup 1% Low Fat Milk
    1 tsp Sea Salt
    1/4 cup Onion, sweet, raw, chopped
    2 tbsp Parsley, dried
    1/2 tbsp Basil
    4 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
    1 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
    1 serving Creole Mustard
    1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Place into loaf pan and shape into loaf. Bake for 1 hour.
