    1 serving Inland Market Sea Salt & Roasted Garlic Mahi
    2 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat)
    100 gram(s) Mixed farmhouse vegtable, Tesco (by KALLUB)
    4 cup (1 serving) Kellogg's Corn Flakes Cereal
    2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

Mix everything except 1 stick butter, corn flakes, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread in 9x`13 pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread topping over casserole. Bake 1 hour 350
