    3.0 carrot Carrots, cooked
    3.0 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
    2.0 tbsp Low fat cream cheese
    1.0 cup Cooked Onion
    8.0 oz Chicken - Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips
    1.0 serving Oscar Mayer Carving Board Ham (2 oz.)
    1.0 cup chicken broth ( divided )


Cook the ham in a large nonstick skillet until kinda crisp drain on a paper towel discard drippings from skillet add the chicken to the skillet and cook 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165 Fahrenheit transfer the chicken to a plate and cover to keep warm. add to vegetables and have the broth to the skillet cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender stir in the remaining broth and the cream cheese cook uncovered for 2 minutes or until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce has thickened return the chicken to the skillet. cook for 2 minutes or until heated through then spoon onto plate top with chicken sauce and ham and serve. this recipe came instead of ham it wanted bacon I did not use bacon. Serving Size: 4 1.5cup servings
