Ingredients

    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 clove Garlic
    1/2 cup Quinoa
    2 cups frozen cornkernels
    5 cup Chicken stock,
    4 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream
    2 cup diced Potato, raw
    3 slices Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon
    16 oz Shrimp, cooked
    2 tsp Old Bay Seafood Seasoning (by CHRSLVSBKS)
    2 tbsp Parsley
    4 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw

Directions

1. Heat the olive oil and butter in large stockpot over medium heat, about 2 minutes. Add onion and garlic saute until tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Add quinoa and corn and saute for 3 more minutes add the . Add the stock, heavy cream, potatoes and Old Bay. Increase the heat to high and bring to boil. Then reduce heat to med. Low and simmer uncovered until quinoa and pitatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
2. Meanwhile cut up and cook bacon pieces.
3. Add all ingredients together and enter.
