Ingredients

    1 squash (4 inch dia) Squash, winter, acorn, raw
    1 cup Cauliflower, raw
    1 serving Log Cabin Sugar Free Syrup
    2 1tsp Olive Oil
    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.25 tsp Pepper, black
    0.25 tsp Parsley, dried

Directions

Slice acorn squash in half and then into 1/4 inch wedges. Core seeds and peel. Cut into 1 inch chunks. Put in a bowl with cauliflower and add all seasonings. Stir to mix. Put in tinned baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake 25-30 minutes at 425--stirring every 10 minutes.
