Ingredients

    2 serving Chicken, Perdue Chicken breasts
    0.25 Grams Cornstarch
    2 1tsp Canola Oil
    2 clove Garlic
    1.5 cup broccoli slaw (broccoli, carrots, red cabbage), shredded
    8 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
    74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    3 oz Great Value Whole Wheat Spaghetti
    2 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    1 fl. oz Sherry, dry
    2 tsp Granulated Sugar
    2 tbsp Pine Nuts

Directions

Combine chicken cut into 1 inch pieces with cornstarch in a baggie. Shake to coat thoroughly. Heat skillet over high heat. Add 1 tsp oil and swirl to coat. Add chicken and stir fry about 3 minutes until cooked through. Add garlic and stir fry till fragrant. Transfer to plate. Wipe out pan with wet paper towel to remove cornstarch. Reheat with other teaspoon of oil. Add broccoli slaw and cut up red pepper; stir fry about 4 minutes until crisp tender. Add scallions and pepper flakes and stir fry about 2 minutes. Return chicken with spaghetti to pan. Stir fry about 2 minutes until heated through. Add soy sauce, sherry and sugar; stir fry about 1 more minute. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.
