    3 chicken breasts - raw, boneless, skinless (about 18 oz)
    4 oz egg noodles
    1 pkg chicken gravy dry mix
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 tbs flour
    3 servings Bob Evans mashed potatoes


Wisk together broth, gravy mix, and flour in Instant Pot. Add chicken. Seal lid and set to Sealing. Set to Manual for 10 minutes on High pressure.

When done cooking, allow pressure to release for 10 minutes before changing the lid to Venting, then open the lid.

Cook noodles according to package directions.

Shred the chicken with a fork and stir in the noodles.

Cook mashed potatoes in microwave according to package directions.

Makes 4 servings.
