    4 cup Cowpeas (blackeyes)
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    4 Crayfish
    4 tbsp Carotino Oil
    1 serving beef bullion cube

Directions
