Ingredients

    3 Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1 Med White Onions or half of a large one
    1 Half bunch of fresh Cilantro
    2 Garlic cloves or 1 tbsp crushed garlic
    1 Cap full Vinegar
    Sprinkle Kosher Sea Salt
    4 Jalapeno Peppers (seeds and inside removed)


Directions

Cut tomatoes put in glass bowl sprinkle kosher sea salt on them. Take stems off of the cilantro and use about half of the bunch, chop onions and peppers and mix all other ingredients together.
