    • 3 cups cooked brown rice
    1 TBS olive oil
    1 red onion, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    •1 lb. turkey sausage, cooked
    •1 (10 oz) can of tomatoes with green chiles (undrained)
    •1 Tablespoon chili powder


Prepare rice as directed. Set aside. Heat olive oil in skillet and add onions and green bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Add crumbled turkey sausage to onions and peppers and cook until done. Drain excess fat. Add chili powder and tomato/green chili combination and rice. Enjoy!
