Ingredients

3 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 cup, whole Almonds
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
.25 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
.25 cup Honey
6 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava™ Organic (1 t)
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Preheat oven in 350 degrees.
Mix rolled oats, sesame seeds and chopped almonds. Set aside.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl.
mix well.
Create a well in the middle of the oats mixture and pour the wet mixture. Mix well.
Spread oats on a flat oven tray.
Bake for 30 minutes, mixing every 10 minutes to even out the baking.
Remove from oven and let cool completely to become crunchy.
Store in mason jars.
