    1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Beef
    1 cup long grain brown rice, uncooked
    2 cups water
    1 beef bouillon cube
    ΒΌ cup onions, chopped
    1 small can sliced mushrooms


Combine rice, water & bouillon in sauce pan. Heat until boiling then cover, reduce heat & cook for 30-45 minutes until rice is fluffy. Brown gound meat w/ onion in skillet. Add mushrooms and rice. Cook for another 5 minutes. Season to taste.
