Introduction

Ingredients

    0.3 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    .5 tsp Baking Powder
    28 grams Applesauce, unsweetened
    .5 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla

Tips

Although I have applesauce here, you can use pumpkin or banana. When I did Pumpkin I added some spice and a 1/2 tsp of brown sugar.The stats would change some, but it is deff doable!!


Directions

in blender combine oats, chia seeds (1 tbsp), baking powder and a pinch of salt. Blend until finely ground.

Transfer to a bowl and add apple sauce(2 tbsp and nondairy milk(1 tbsp)-I have Almond milk, but you can use any type. -mix to form a sticky dough

Place dough in large bottomed cup( I use a ramekin) and flatten
Microwave 2 min. let cool about 5 min before removing from cup/ramekin

Slice in half, toast and enjoy!!
