Ingredients

    2 cups I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Regular (Soft) Spread, 1 Tbsp
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    5 cup Flour, white

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Cream butter/margarine and sugar, add flour and knead until fully mixed.

Press into a greased/lined 9"x13" pan (or similar size) and prick all over with a fork, making sure to keep holes close and poke right to the bottom.

Bake for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 300F and bake 40 more minutes.

Cool for two minutes before cutting into bars (I usually do 9 across and 3 down, making 27 bars in total) then allow to cool completely in pan before removing.
