If you like a great tasting salad with crunch you will love this salad! If you like a great tasting salad with crunch you will love this salad!
Number of Servings: 4


    4 C nappa cabbage-chopped
    1 medium apple- (granny smith or yellow)
    1/8 c chopped onion
    1/2 C. dried cranberries
    1/8 C. chopped pecans, toasted
    3 Tbsp honey
    2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper


Mix first five ingredients in bowl and set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients in seperate bowl and whisk until combined.
Pour dressing over nappa cabbage mix 15-20 minutes before serving. Mix well and serve.
