Ingredients

    2.0 serving Red apple, 1 small
    2 tsp Organic All-Purpose White Flour
    2.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
    2 tsp Dried Cherries
    2 tsp Raisins
    1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
    1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    4 tsp Water

Directions

Peel, core, and slice apples. In a bowl mix oatmeal, flour, brown sugar & cinnamon. Divide apple slices in half and place into ramekins. Sprinkle into each ramekin1 tsp each dried cherries and raisins. Divide the oatmeal mixture between the two ramekins. Cut butter into small pieces then place on top of each ramekin. Sprinkle 2 tsp of water into each dish. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
