    1 fozen banana
    2/3 cup frozen pineapple
    1 containor of non fat yogurt - pina colada flavor
    4 teaspoons benefiber
    1 serving of vanilla protein powder
    3 cups ice

Directions

combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth makes 2 approximately 16oz servings
