    4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp onion powder


Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prep a baking sheet by spraying with cooking spray. Place potato wedges in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with seasonings and toss to coat. Place in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, turn and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until tender.
