    Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    1 cup Onions, chopped
    1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
    1 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded, veined and diced
    28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
    5 tbsp Capers, rinsed
    1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
    3 tbls Cider Vinegar
    3 tbls Brown Sugar
    1.5 tbls Chili powder
    2 tsp ground Cumin
    1 tsp ground Cinnamon
    1.5 tsp Oregano
    .5 tsp ground Cloves
    1/4 cup chopped Italian Parsley
    4 tbls fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp freshly ground black pepper


Makes seven 1 cup servings.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat; drain beef in a collander and set aside.
Add oil to the skillet; over medium heat saute the garlic, onion, red bell peppers and jalapeno peppers until the onion is translucent.
Add the cooked ground beef back to the skillet along with the chopped tomatoes and juice, capers, currants, vinegar, brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, cinnamon, oregano, and cloves.
Bring to a boil; lower heat and simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes.
Should have the consistency of a thick chili.
Add in the parsley and cilantro; simmer for 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
