    2 slices Italian bread
    1 tablesp tahini
    2 oz reduced fat feta cheese
    2 ripe tomatoes
    3 basil leaves
    1 teasp extra light olive oil
    1 tablesp balsamic vinegar
    dash of pepper


Toast the bread, and spread with the tahini paste.
Dice tomatoes, add crumbled feta and chopped basil. Add olive oil, vinegar and pepper, mix to combine.
Spoon the tomato mix ontop of the tahini toast.
