Ingredients

    100 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken
    1 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 clove Garlic
    0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tbsp Parsley
    0.25 cup Flour, white
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium
    0.25 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients. Form into balls. Roll in half of the flour to coat. Place in skillet in hot oil. Cook through. Remove from skillet and set aside on plate Add remaining flour into skillet with chicken broth. Stir until thickened. Add sour cream. Place meatballs back into skillet to coat. Serve over egg noodles Serving Size: 3 meatballs + 1/4 C cream sauce
