Introduction

Ingredients

    500 gram Pork sausages
    30 mililiter Olive oil
    1 bunch Spring onion chopped
    1 clove Garlic chopped
    1 each Red chile chopped
    1 small head Cabbage shredded
    1 large Carrot grated
    40 mililiter Soy sauce

Directions

1. Carefully remove the pork sausages from their cases, cut each filling into 4 pieces and roll them into balls. Fry in the heated olive oil until golden brown and cooked. Spoon out and keep warm.

2. Fry the spring onions, garlic, chile, cabbage and carrot in the same frying pan over high heat until glossy and just cooked. Add the soy sauce and simmer for at east one more minute.

3. Serve the cabbage stir-fry and pork rissoles on jasmine rice or noodles, accompanied by extra soy sauce and fresh coriander.
