Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry, Low Carb, GF Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry, Low Carb, GF
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    16 oz Beef - NY Strip Steak
    1 bunch Broccoli, chopped into bite sized chunks
    5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw or Bok Choy, chopped into bite sized chunks
    1 large Onions, raw hopped into bite sized chunks
    1 tsp Corn Starch
    6 tbsp Kikkoman Gluten Free Soy Sauce
    4 tsp Sesame Oil
    1 clove Garlic minced

Directions

1. Cut beef into thin strips and mix in small bowl with 1 tsp sesame oil, mined garlic, 1 tbsp GF Soy Sauce and corn starch. Coat well and set aside.
2. Fry onion, celery and broccoli in a large frying pan. Cover for a few minutes but do not over cook.
3. Remove vegetables from frying pan and add beef.
4. Cook until rare, add vegetables, remaining soy sauce and toss to coat.
5. Put it in a plate and eat it.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
