    4 cups flour
    4 tsp baking powder
    1 cup sugar
    2 cups Splenda
    1 tsp salt
    1 1/2 cups light butter
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 cup egg substitute
    1 1/2 cups skim milk
    1 tsp cinnamon


Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
In medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and butter as for a pie crust with a pastry blender. Save 2 cups of the crumbs for topping.
To the remaining mixture add the vanilla, egg substitute, and milk. Mix well.
Pour into prepared 9x13 pan.
Add 1 tsp cinnamon to reseerved crumb mixture. Sprinkle over top of batter in pan.
Bake 50-65 minutes in 325 degree oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
