    1/2 tsp cooking oil
    1/2 lb lean ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 garlic clove
    14 oz low sodium diced tomatoes
    10 oz mushroom stems & pieces
    1 cup water
    1 cup Catelli's Pasta Sauce
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp thyme
    1/2 tsp basil
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    6 oz whole wheat spaghetti, broken up


Heat cooking oil in large frying pan on medium high heat. Add ground beef, onion & garlic. Scramble-fry for 5 to 10 minutes until beef is no longer pink and onion is softened. Drain. Add next 9 ingredients. Stir. Bring to a boil. Add spaghetti. Stir. Reduce heat to medium low. Cover. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until spaghetti is tender but firm. Remove cover. Simmer for 1 to 2 mintues until sauce is thickened.
