Ingredients

    2.0 tbsp Chili powder
    1.0 tsp Cumin seed
    0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    0.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4.0 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1.75 cup Tomato Sauce
    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.75 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes
    32.0 oz Turkey - 99% Fat Free - Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
    2.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper

Directions

Cook turkey w/garlic, onion & bell pepper in olive oil. When all pink is gone: Add carrots and rest of seasonings + 1tsp sea salt. Once carrots are about half cooked, add zucchini, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Bring all to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Serve immediately. Serving Size: 8 servings
