Ingredients

    4 Great Value Boneless skinless chicken breast (3 oz each)
    1 cup Great Value Instant Brown Rice
    1 can Great Value Sliced Carrots, canned
    1 cup peas, frozen, Great Value Sweet Peas
    1/2 Med. Green Bell Pepper, diced
    2 stalk, medium Celery, diced
    1 cup, chopped Onions
    1 can Great Value Diced Tomatoes - no salt added
    1 1/2 cups Broth, Chicken less sodium (Great Value)
    1/4 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1/4 tsp Oregano, ground

Directions

Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.
Scatter rice on the bottom of the casserole dish.
Layer chicken on the rice.
In a bowl combine pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Sprinkle the mixture over the chicken.
Scatter carrots, diced onions, celery and bell pepper over the chicken and rice.
Mix chicken broth and diced tomatoes with the liquid. Pour over the top gently.
Cover and bake in oven for 60 minutes until chicken is done and rice is tender.
