Ingredients

    100 gram(s) Flour - Self Raising Flour Odlums (by GILLIAN2310)
    50 gram(s) Bakers (caster) sugar (by CRAIGZEKI)
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    Pinch salt
    Milk to mix

Directions

Place flour, sugar & salt in bowl. Add egg and a splash of milk and whisk manually until thoroughly mixed and light.
Spray frying pan with oil then heat. Drop tablespoons of mixture into hot pan and cook till little bubbles appear on surface. Turn over and cook for short time.
Serve with sweet toppings or bacon and maple syrup for breakfast stack.
A handful of Fresh blueberries are delicious added to mixture in bowl. Berries with burst in pan!
