Introduction
This is packed with vitamins, nutrients, and protein while super low calorie and low fat. Filling, delicious, and detoxifying. Easy to make too! Ingredients

Chop all ingredients in the order you like and throw them in the pot with 5 liters of water. Toss in any spices you like. I use tumeric, rosemary, parsley, salt, pepper, and chilly powder.
It is helpful to soak the lentils, barley and quinoa over night or until sprouted, but it is not necessary.
Ingredients:
Pumpkin or butternut squash
Onions or shallots
Garlic or garlic powder
Lentils of any colour
Barley or Millet
Quinoa
Broth or cubes (vegitable, onion, or chicken)
Red and green bell peppers
Celery
Water
Bring to a boil and simmer for a minimum of 30 minutes, but up to 2 hours. The longer you simmer it, but more the flavor will come out. Note: If you don not soak, simmer for an hour or more.
It's really tasty! ENJOY!!!
Directions
Makes 8 servings of 1.5 cups. Reduce the recipe as desired.
