Introduction

Ingredients

    5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    67 grams Coconut Oil
    2 tsp Salt
    2 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    1 cup Pumpkin seeds
    1 cup, whole Almonds
    1 cup pieces or chips Walnuts
    150 grams Flaxseed

Tips

Cool to warm then cut with electric knife for best results.
The slices also freeze and thaw well.


Directions

Crack eggs into bowl and whip until evenly colored. Add salt. Measure all nuts & seeds, in any combo you want, into food processor and pulse to break apart. Dump into bowl and mix. Add liquified coconut oil, mix. Press into parchment lined loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 325
