Ingredients

    1 package of Jennie-O Italian sausage
    4 c cooked whole wheat pasta
    1 egg
    1 tbs parsley
    salt/pepper
    1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Cook pasta and then dice up and cook sausage in separate pan. drain fat from sausage and add to drained pasta. Toss with 1 egg and spices and serve. Makes 4 servings. (1c pasta, 1 link of sausage)
