Ingredients

    Kashi 7 Grain Pilaf, 140 grams prepared (1 serving)
    Peas, prepared, 90 grams (1 serving)
    Tofu, SoyBoy flavored is my favorite 57 grams (1 serving)
    Pecans, 30 grams (1 serving) or other

    Alter ingredients, amounts, or seasonings to taste.

    For a healthier meal, use low sodium soy sauce or another sauce (Salsa is a good choice). Substitute another ingredient for tofu, or use meat in its place. Vary or eliminate nuts.

Directions

Prepare Kashi 7 Grain Pilaf as per instructions.
Prepare peas.
Cut tofu into small cubes.
Chop pecans.
Mix all ingredients.
Add soy sauce, 2T (1 serving) or to taste.
