    6 large Shrimp, raw
    1.5 serving Bacon, Wright Smoked Bacon - 2 slices
    3 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    .5 tbsp Cream Cheese
    3 serving Red Pepper Jelly (1 TBSP) (by RICHELLEMASON)
    .25 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    .75 cup Cereals, corn grits, yellow, regular, quick, enriched, cooked with water, with salt


Shrimp can be served without grits as an appetizer or hors d'ouvres.


Peel and de-vein shrimp. Slice peppers in half and remove seeds and membranes. Cut 3 slices of bacon in half. Prepare corn grits according to package directions adding corn during cooking. Preheat oven to 400F. Spoon 1/4 tsp of cream cheese onto each help of jalapeno pepper then top with shrimp. Wrap shrimp and pepper mixture with half of a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick then brush the 6 pieces with 1tbsp pepper jelly. Bake bacon wrapped shrimp at 400F for 15 minutes. Serve over Grits with remaining pepper jelly for dipping shrimp.

Serving Size: Makes 6 Bacon wrapped shrimp and 1 cup of Corn Grits
