    1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, chopped
    1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, chopped
    74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw, chopped
    1.5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers, chopped
    Whole roasted chicken, skin and bones removed (shredded)
    4 serving chicken bullion cube

sautee fresh vegetables. add remaining ingredients. may add seasoning as desired, ie garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper. May use toppings as desired, corn tortillas, avocado, cilantro, fresh lime, monterey jack cheese (toppings not included in nutrition info)
